In this lawsuit, The Buenker Law Firm represents traveling merchandisers who were paid on a day-rate basis by J&J Service Solutions to stock and organize store shelves at major retailers around the United States. These individuals traveled to various locations around the country, regularly worked more than 40 hours per week, were not paid for their travel time, and were not paid overtime pay for the hours that they worked over 40.
