This collective action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

The Buenker Law Firm is prosecuting this lawsuit against Intact Professional Health & Safety Services with Welmaker Law, PC. It is one of many lawsuits that The Buenker Law Firm has handled on behalf of “safety men,” safety consultants, or safety engineers who were paid on an hourly basis to act as safety representatives for their employers’ clients and not paid overtime when they worked more than 40 hours per week. Our clients were sent by Intact to oversee safety at work locations for construction companies, industrial companies, manufacturing facilities, and other clients of Intact that wanted to outsource their safety responsibilities.
