This collective action is pending in the United States District Court of Colorado.

In this lawsuit, The Buenker Law Firm represents traveling merchandisers who were paid on a day-rate basis by Strategic Retail Partners and Merchandising Solutions, Group, Inc. to stock and organize items such a sunglasses and cell phone accessories at small retailers, such as convenience stores, around the United States. These individuals traveled to various locations around the country, regularly worked more than 40 hours per week, were not paid for their travel time, and were not paid overtime pay for the hours that they worked over 40.
