Get to Know “Joe” Buenker
A first-generation American, Josef F. Buenker considers it a blessing to call this country home. His parents immigrated to the United States from Germany and instilled a strong work ethic in him. This not only means he inherited integrity and dedication when it comes to his own work but also a respect he extends to workers in all types of industries.
The right to be paid properly for work provided to one’s employer is a fundamental, important right, and the law provides a powerful method to enforce that right. Joe has discovered that he enjoys suing employers who cheat workers out of their wages. He is particularly passionate about helping those individuals who are most taken advantage of in society and has filed numerous lawsuits on behalf of low-wage workers and service workers whose employers have stolen the tips left by customers.
